“ Great cafe for salads and sandwiches, with a limited baked goods selection. Had a late lunch around 2 pm on a weekend, so it was relatively empty inside. I imagine it's busier during the weekday lunch hour. Affordable price for the build your own salad, and great portions too! I paid 2 additional for avocado, but would probably skip the additional protein next time around. The salad is filling by itself, and our favourite toppings were the spiced yams and brussels sprouts! They can accommodate the toppings or dressing on the side, and the service was friendly. Would be back for a salad fix in the downtown area! ”

Their build-your-own salad bar is the best in the city and features a wide range of delicious toppings -- love the sous-vide salmon and crispy onions! The cafe also offers a great selection of pastries and desserts -- the 'Will You Marry Me' Cookie is a nice treat after a healthy salad. They also have wine and beer on tap for after-work drinks. ”
